In this home workout, PNG Ambassador Karissa Purczynski will run you through a few movements that will build strength, lean muscle, and most important improve your mobility and flexibility.

Before you get going, it's important to always warm up and stretch before any of your workouts.

Curtsey Lunges - 30 seconds

Over-under push-ups -  30 seconds

Knee Hover with reaches -  30 seconds

Iron Mikes - 30 seconds

Spiderman Pushups - 30 seconds

Single leg climb 15 seconds
