It was 3 months ago the world stopped in it’s tracks due to the Coivd-19 pandemic. Our team at PNG was left searching to understand what was to come for our athletes, and ambassadors with no events to compete it in, or accountability for training. In this blog we want to share the story of perseverance to get back to the Pinnacle! Former GNCC champion Josh Strang has spent four years trying to get to the top of the most grueling off-road series in the world and yesterday, May 31st at the Coker Bullet GNCC Josh Strang stood on the top step once again.

All of us at the Pinnacle Nutrition Group have always believed in Josh and knew the win was coming soon, but with stiff competition and Josh now being a veteran in the sport, that win seemed to get farther and farther away for him. Josh never stopped training or believing he just started working smarter not harder. We just wrapped up a My Two Wheel Life Podcast presented by The Pinnacle Nutrition Group with Josh two weeks ago where he spoke about his racing, being a Dad and what’s next. Clearly the ol’ boy from Australia still has it in him and we are sure this isn’t the last win of the season. With the season at it's halfway point, Josh sits in 2nd place and 33 points back from the lead. We encourage all of you athletes to have a never quit attitude like PNG ambassador Josh Strang.

Josh uses PNG hydration and refuel gels daily for training but most importantly PNG products get him through the 3 ½ hours of grueling off road racing in the GNCC XC1 class. Do yourself a favor and give Josh a follow on Instagram to support this amazing athlete and Family Man!
