Is it important to stay Hydrated during Corona Virus (COVID-19)? If so, Can rehydration Help fight a Virus?

First, we’ve all seen the best advice from theCenters for Disease Control and Prevention and the global health community. It’s as simple as it is powerful: Wash your hands thoroughly.
